The GLEASON bevel gear milling machine PHOENIX 500 HC is a fully CNC controlled high-performance milling machine for gearing circular arc-toothed bevel gears. Depending on the software options ordered, wheelsets with constant tooth height or tapered tooth height can be produced very accurately and economically in the individual part process "face milling" or in the continuous process "face hobbing". By default, tools known as Gleason TRI-AC are Einsatz.Je after the design of the wheelsets and software option, the workpieces can be toothed according to the following methods:

The  Klingelnberg AMK 850  bevel gear milling machine was designed as a universal machine and is used for bevel gear milling (Klingelnberg Cyclo-Palloid)
