Description of a refurbished gear measuring machine Höfler ZME 400 / 3-axis CNC gear measuring machine ZME 400 

This machine is used for the measurement of straight and closed gears with internal and external gears. It can also measure other rotationally symmetrical parts such as screws and screw edges or wovens and others. (Software offers on request) 
It can measure parameters such as involute and flank line, as well as angle of curvature, slope and concentricity. This machine was completely redesigned in 2020 and is equivalent to a new machine in terms of accuracy. 
This measuring machine received a new PC-based control system. This control is identical to the " Geko series of Wenzel machines. As part of the overhaul, the machine was fitted with a new Renishaw P 600 transducer and new Renishaw gauges.
The software is Windows-based. 

Software: This software program comes from Metrotek GmbH. This program is identical to the software program used on Höfler ZME/EMZ 

The software can be converted to English and Italian, among other languages. The evaluation can be carried out according to AGMA, DIN, ISO. In the attachments you will find, for example, various test charts.

Software T-Align: 
The T-Align software is used to determine the eccentricity and inclination of the workpiece's axis.
The measurement is carried out on the workpiece that is not exactly aligned, and takes into account wobble errors. 
T-Gear software: Measurement program for testing straight and closed gears (internal and external gears)
