The Klingelnberg GKC 60 CNC bevel gear is designed for universal single flanking of bevels, crowns and teeth and has been developed and manufactured with the latest knowledge and experience in the field of measurement technology in mind. Here, gears can be measured and graphically evaluated by means of single-flank and two-flank calibration. These test methods are particularly suitable for determining errors in the gear geometry such as concentricity and flat-running properties, Wälz deviations or pitch errors. A practical installation situation of a gear outside the gearbox is simulated under real load conditions and then evaluated.
Deviations in the gear geometry, machining errors due to defective tools as well as damage to the gears can thus be detected and eliminated even before assembly.

Description of the machine
The CNC bevel gear testing machine is used for noise and running testing of bevel gear sets with axis angles of 90 ±45 degrees, without and with hypoid displacement. In addition, the installation dimensions of the pinion and disc wheel, the bearing pattern and the twisting flank clearance can be measured. In addition, the GKC60 offers the possibility of single-flank rolling test for the analysis of the running behavior in the operating state. The single-flank rolling test system is equipped with operating and control elements for the test wheel drive as well as with an electronic measuring device whose high-precision encoders are connected to wheel and pinion bearings of the GKC 60. The associated evaluation electronics with PC, screen and printer are set up on a rotatable control panel. CNC control for the following axes:
